Opengear (www.opengear.com), a leading provider of critical infrastructure management solutions through advanced console servers, remote management, monitoring, and cellular out-of-band products, today announced its inclusion in the InteropNet SDN Lab, part of the annual Interop New York conference held September 29 through October 3 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.

The InteropNET SDN Lab, a purpose-built lab to demonstrate software-defined networking systems and applications, will allow Opengear to showcase its cellular-enabled console servers and its central monitoring and management platform, Lighthouse. Opengear regularly participates in the InteropNet NOC at the Las Vegas event and is ready to put its interoperable solutions to the test in New York City at this inaugural SDN Lab.

The SDN Lab will showcase Opengear’s IM4200 and IM7200 infrastructure management devices which feature integrated 4G LTE connectivity for fast remote diagnosis and resolution of network issues.
