Rick Stevenson said demand from the US market was leading the company’s development. “In the US, we started selling to SMBs and over a few short years developed a reputation that led to large enterprise deals,” he said.
“Now, we’re working with tier one customers in sectors such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, energy, tertiary education, media/entertainment and healthcare.
“In Australia, we’re also being invited into larger organisations that want to take advantage of our industry-leading features such as integrated cellular remote access. However, the traditional route into those opportunities in this country is through system integrators who can incorporate Opengear’s technology into a larger solution.
“Cisco Live! will provide us with the opportunity to connect with potential business partners who can see mutual advantage in working with Opengear.”
